It’s that time of year again – the time that Washingtonian Magazine surveys thousands of dental professionals to put together its annual Top Dentists List – and we are pleased to announce that both of our board-certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Dr. Emery and Dr. Ryan, are on it. Both have been recognized by the Washington DC area dental community as top oral surgeons in Washingtonian Top Dentists 2015 list.

About Washingtonian Magazine’s Top Dentists 2015

To compile this year’s list of the DC area’s top general dentists orthodontists, periodontists, oral surgeons and other specialists, Washingtonian Magazine enlisted the help of a company called topDentists to survey – via mail-in ballots – every area dentist listed with the American Dental Association and all local and national dental societies to give most every dental professional in the Washington DC area a chance to chime in. Those dental professionals were given lists of area dentists and dental specialists, and asked to rate their peer’s work – but only those professionals whose work they were personally familiar with – then the results were compiled and averaged. The end result is a list of 468 dental professionals who were voted the area’s best by their peers in the Washington DC dental community.

Here at our practice, we are honored and humbled to be honored by our peers – the many talented and hard-working individuals that make up the Washington DC dental community. That said, as pleased as we are to receive that acknowledgment, what pleases us more is pleasing our patients – and the smiles, thanks, return visits and word-of-mouth recommendations we receive in return.
